We hope that you will be happy with your purchase but understand that ordering online can be tricky and items may not be quite what you expected. Therefore, if you are not 100% satisfied, we offer a no questions asked 30 day returns policy for items that are unworn, in their original condition and are returned with all their tags and packaging. Please note that we do not accept returns of underwear or swimwear.

If you wish to return an item outside of the 30 day period this may be agreed at the managers discretion. Please contact us using the details on the Contact Us page if you wish to discuss this.
We are not responsible for cost of retuning the item unless the item is reaches you in a damaged or faulty condition or you have received an incorrect item. If this is the case please contact us before sending the return. We are not responsible for any items that get lost in post when being returned and will not issue a refund in this case. If this does happen please contact your carrier for compensation.
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. If you wish to cancel please contact us via the form on the Contact Us page, on 0115 854 4548 or fill in the cancellation form and e-mail it to firstname.lastname@example.org. Cancelled items must be returned within 14 days of the cancellation being requested and refunds will be processed once the item has been received. The cost of returning the items lies with the purchaser.
